Tattvaa Yogashala offers 300 hour Ashtanga yoga teacher training course Intermediate Series for practitioners who already have a 200 hour certificate from a yoga school registered with Yoga Alliance USA. Applicants are required to already have basic familiarity with Ahstanga yoga primary series. If you are willing deepen your yoga practice, learn the art of teaching, and experience the ancient science of Ashtanga Yoga, this course is designed for you. Our 300 hour intermediate series Ashtanga yoga TTC includes the study and practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa intermediate Series, pranayama, meditation, kriyas, along with alignment and adjustment Workshop. Tattvaa Yoga 300 hour Ashtanga yoga TTC will enliven your body and enlighten your mind and spirit with the knowledge and experience of yoga.
Our 300 hour intermediate series Ashtanga yoga teacher training course is open to Ashtangis who are already stable in their Primary Series practice. It is important that the body is prepared for advanced asana in order to gain the benefits of the practice. As per your application and affirmation that your body is prepared for intermediate series asana practice, we will accept your applications for the program but it is ultimately at the discretion of the teacher whether a student is ready to begin intermediate Series or should continue to work on primary series. Both primary and intermediate series 300 hour YTT begins & ends the same day at the Shala so you can switch to the program that you best fit into.

While staying at our top yoga school in India during courses, students live together
at Hari Palace Residency and surrounding guest houses in Ram Jula.
Tuition fee, course materials/props, accommodation (single/twin-shared), and Vegetarian meals are included in the 200 hour yoga teacher training fee in Rishikesh at Tattvaa Yogashala
Pick-up from Dehradun or New Delhi Airport is provided at the expense of the guest.
When you are ready to register for any of the courses or programs at Tattvaa Yogashala, please submit the Application / Registration Form online or feel free to contact us so we can further assist your with your registration. We will send you confirmation of your registration within 48 hours after receiving your required forms and documents. After we have confirmed your place and registration in the course, you need to pay 15% of total fee as non-refundable deposit which is part of the course fee.
You will be asked to pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Rishikesh or before arriving. After you have sent your deposit, please email us a copy of the receipt or proof of deposit so we can complete your registration. Applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. Tattvaa Yogashala maintains the right to accept or reject any application without providing an explanation.
