• 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training - 6 Times a year
  This is a beginner level yoga course, highly recommended if you have yoga group coming to India. We can redesign the course according your Group level.

• 200 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training - Twice a year (March and October)
  4 weeks Program, all level welcome, first level of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Rishikesh. *

• 300 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training - Once in two year
  6 weeks Program, who already have 200 hour certificate from any yoga school can join this program. All level welcome. first and second series of ashtanga vinyasa yoga in rishikesh. *

• 500 Hour Advance Yoga Teacher Training
  10 weeks Program, all level welcome yoga in rishikesh. *

• Pranayama Teacher Training - Once a year
  3 weeks program, only for the yogis and yoginis who practice yoga for long time. *
