Kamal Singh, Tattvaa Founder
Yogi Kamal Singh is known for his energetic and motivating Ashtanga classes at Tattvaa Yogashala, an inspired yoga hall overlooking the Ganges River in Rishikesh, India. A class with Kamal includes powerful adjustments which safely teach students the depths of each asana. Students come from all over the world to take his classes and commonly practice with him for one or more months at a time. The results are oftentimes profound, students have returned home with straighter backs and clearer minds. He is also a Senior Yoga Teacher Trainer, conducting teacher trainings and workshops internationally during the Indian off-season months.
Kamal is a native of Rishikesh, born and raised in the Yoga Capital of the World. Following the strict instructions from his Guru, he travelled the country for 5 years, studying with yoga masters all over India. He holds numerous yoga certificates from organizations such as Bihar School of Yoga, Sivananda, and Satananda Academies. He also earned a Masters Degree in Yoga Studies from Garhwal University.

Rajendra Bijalwan , Tattvaa Teacher
Rajendra Bijlwan is a great Yoga instructor, He has been practicing yoga since very little. Before he came to Tattvaa Yogashala, he taught yoga in Sheetal College of Bio-Medical Science Rishikesh, India, he also gave classes in Kanatal Resorts & Spa, (3 Star Property).
He also treats yoga as a therapy. Rajendra has a Post Graduate Diploma in yoga Science course from HNB Garhwal University, India.
He also pursuing a Masters of Arts in Yoga & Alternative Therapies from HNB Garhwal University.
He has also done Master of Arts (History) from HNB Garhwal University and has done Advance Diploma in Software Technology.
Alex O'Malley, Tattvaa Guest Teacher
Aerin Alex O’Malley, ERYT offers the gift of creating a safe space for students to discover limits and expand beyond them. Her classes are challenging, fun, and open to all levels. Holding a firm belief that the benefits of yoga are far more than physical, Alex helps each practitioner tap into their natural abilities on the mat, encouraging them to take those benefits off the mat and into their daily lives. Alex began her practice in 2000 and has been teaching since 2003. She has traveled extensively throughout India and continues her training on and off the mat. Steven Mih, Tattvaa Guest Teacher
Steven Mih teaches energy-filled vinyasa flow yoga classes for all levels. His classes incorporate breath, movement, and sound. For Steven, Yoga is both a science of the mind-body connection as well as a spiritual practice. Having benefitted personally through yoga, Steven is committed to serve the greater community as an offering to the Divine.
Steven completed his Yoga Alliance certified teacher training from the ecstatic Laughing Lotus Yoga College of San Francisco, California. He has continued his studies in India, deepening his practice with respected yogacharyas, including TVK Desikachar. He is grateful to all his teachers!
